3 Questions with Jacklyn Mabie
VYPE: What is your go to pre and postgame meal?
Mabie: My go to pre game meal is something small like a sandwich, and my post game meal is a larger protein filled meal such as chicken rice vegetables and of course chocolate milk!
VYPE: What have you loved most about being a student-athlete at your school?
Mabie: Being a student-athlete has been such a great experience throughout high school, I have gotten to experience a family that inspires hard work and gives various opportunities to become a better athlete while also helping ensure grades and education are priorities.
VYPE: What does it mean to you to be a person of good character?
Mabie: To be a person of good character means to do the right thing even when people aren’t looking, for example completing all reps even when the coach is turned away and being a good person outside of school and sports as well.
