VYPE: What do you love most about your team and teammates?
Nolen: I love that my teammates make me laugh while I’m running, I laugh so hard sometimes it’s hard to breathe.
VYPE: What does being a person of good character mean to you?
Nolen: Being a person of character means that you encourage your teammates and try to be the best you can for them.
VYPE: What is your prerace and post-race go-to meal?
Nolen: Italian food is the best prerace meal the day before the race. After the race, any type of food is good because I’m so hungry after.
